WALK-IN INTERVIEW
USV Private Limited – A leading Pharmaceuticals Company is hiring for its new state-of-the-art formulations manufacturing facilities at Vadodara. The location of the plant is at Savli-Manjusar. Vadodara, Gujarat.
1.) QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Control FG Analyst- Officer/ Sr. officer -B.Pharma/ M.Pharma/ M.Sc with 3-6 Years of relevant experience in handling of HPLC/ GC/ UV IR Dissolution. The candidate must be conversant with Labware/ LIMS.
Quality Control RM & PMI Analyst- Oficer/ Sr. Officer -B.Pharma/ M.Pharma/ M Sc with 3-6 Years of relevant experience in RM & PM Sampling. Analysis and handling of UV IR PSA Melting Point/ Polarimeter Autotitrator/ Bursting strength apparatus/ Scuff tester Pinhole tester. The candidate must be conversant with Lab ware/ LIMS
Quality Control Reviewer- Executive/Sr. Executive– B.Pharma / M. Pharma / M.Sc with 5-8 Years of relevant experience in handling of HPLC/ GC/ UV/ IR PSA Melting Point Polarimeter/ Autotitrator/ Bursting strength apparatus/ Scuff tester/ Pinhole tester. The job requires review of analytical result of RM/PM/FG. The candidate must be conversant with Labware/ LIMS.
2.) PACKING
Primary/Secondary Packing Technician -ITI Diploma with 3-7 years of relevant experience of handling blister packing machine Le Hoonga/ BQS/ Romaco/ Ulhman ICc 150 CAM Hicart. Candidates having exposure of MES or any other electronic system for manufacturing execution will be preferred.
Packing Supervisor- Officer/ Sr. Exccutive – B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M. S.C with 3-9 years of relevant experience of supervising blister packing machine i.e Hoonga BQS/ Romaco/ Ulhman/ IC 150/ CAM Hicart. Should have knowledge of QMS. SAP and SOP preparation activity, Candidates having exposure of MES or any other electronic system for manufacturing execution will be preferred.
3.) PRODUCTION
Granulation -officer/ Sr.Executive -B.Pharma/ M.Pharma with 3-9 Years of relevant experience in supervising & handling Glatt equipments like RMG, FBD, Viswill and auto Inspection machine. Should have knowledge of QMS and SOP preparation activity. Candidates having exposure of MES or any other electronic system for manufacturing execution will be preferred
Compression & Coating-officer/ Sr.Executive -B.Pharma M Pharma with 3-9 Years of relevant experience in handling of Korsch compression, Glatt autocoater machine and AWC integrated machine. Should have knowledge of QMS and soP preparation activity. Candidates having exposure of MES or any other electronic system for manufacturing execution will be preferred.
Granulation/ Viswill auto inspection-Technician – Diploma ITI D pharma with 3-7 Years of relevant experience in handling of only Glatt equipments like RMG. FBD, Blender and for inspection area having sound knowledge of vishwill auto inspection Machine.
4.) WAREHOUSE
Technician – ITI Diploma with 3-7 Years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical warehouse department, bundling RM & PM Dispensing and good knowledge of ASRS, WMS operations.
Officer/ Sr.Executive – Graduation with 3-9 Years of relevant experience in Supervision of RM & PM Dispensing. coordinate with stakeholders with respect to materials, disposal and documentation. Reconciliation of the stock of raw and packing materials. Responsible for operation of warehouse equipment, ASRS system, WMS system, SAP. MONTH etc. Should have knowledge of QMS and SOP preparation activity.
Candidates must have exposure of oral solid dosage forms in a regulatory approved plant. Interested candidates can walk-In for an interview along with their updated CVs, Aadhar, 3 months salary slip & marksheet.
