ABOUT THE ROLE : Production Supervisor
Location: Jambusar ( near Vadodara, Gujarat )
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
2. Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
3. Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity.
4. Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduation: BSc ( Chemistry ) MSc ( Chemistry ), Diploma in Chemical Engineering
2. Specialization: Chemistry
3. Experience: 3 to 7 years in Production Role at Agro-Chemicals / Fine Chemicals / Pharma API / Specialty Chemicals
4. Gender: Male
5. Age limit: 35 years
6. Required skills: Domain Knowledge, Basic Computer skills
