Job Description:
1. Responsible for Receival of the test request from ware house, Production and Packaging department, entering the details in the respective register.
2. Responsible for testing of raw material, finished products and stability sample as per specification and document online. Analysis as per the given specification and methodology. After completion of the analysis, submitting the report to the section head as per the committed timeline.
3. Reporting quality management system like
a. Deviations
b. Incidents in quality control
c. Out of specification results
d. Out of trend results
4. Maintaining and handling the records of Quality Control Logbooks, and other necessary key documents in the QC.
5. Responsible to work with the team to achieve the set targets with maintaining quality as well as cGMP.
6. To participate in INHOUSE training as arranged by the company, Responsible to report and handling any non-conformance as per the guidance given by the section head and head - QC.
7. To carry out any other task and assignment as given by the Section head and head - QC.
8. To ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the Quality Control at all times.
9. Receiving stability samples as per stability programme from QA and analysis, reporting of results and Submission Data to the Section Head within given window frame.
10. To ensure stability trend for stability products.
11. Roles in LIMS: In LIMS handling activities assigned with QC_ANALYST_NAP role.
12. Roles as per master Control Software.
13. Accountable for elimination of the Data integrity events and implementation of the SOP andPolicy.
