Dear Candidate,
1. To monitor, operate & maintain the HVAC, EMS/BMS system & clean room parameters as per SOP.
2. Monitoring of all specified parameters & recording of activities in the respective logbooks.
3. To take the print outs & review of EMS trends as per requirements.
4. To monitor and maintain Chilled water & Hot Water parameters.
5. Ensure preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, AHU filter cleaning activity as per schedule & Replacement of filters whenever requires with maintaining its records
6. To support Validation team during Area & HVAC performance verification activity.
7. To report the deviation in any parameters, activities, schedule to shift engineer.
8. To attend the HVAC related breakdowns incurred during shifts.
9. To ensure the proper housekeeping of AHU, Chiller platforms & Technical areas.
10. To report & assist Engineering Managers.
11. Monitoring HVAC related Shift Operations & Shift activities .
12. Identification of all required spares & consumables of HVAC system
13. History card, PM checklist up gradation for HVAC system.
14. Preparation & revision of SOPs & Equipment Log sheets.
15. Coordinate with various user department in-charges.
16. Responsible to train co-ordinates, subordinates and contract employees as per requirement.
17. Responsible to follow safety rules and regulations and to ensure about subordinate and vendors.
18. Responsible to maintain personal hygiene and ensure for subordinate and vendors.
