Job Profile
PLANNING & EXECUTION
1. Planning for respective shift and Execution of Warehouse activity
2. Co-ordinate with different department such as production, QA, QC
DOCUMENTATION
1. Qualification (Installation. Operation and performance)
2. Compliance given to internal audit.
3. CGMP regulation in warehouse department.
4. Installation of new warehouse lines
5. Monitoring and Documentation of warehouse activities.
6. Preparation of standards operating procedures for operation and cleaning.
DISPENSING ACTIVITY
1. Co ordination with the manufacturing Team for planning & schedules for dispensing Activity
2. Calibration of balance as per schedule like weekly and daily verification.
3. Checking the cleaning activities of materials packing and dispensing Rooms and dispensing booths etc.
4. Monitoring of Differential and maintain of log sheets by filter cleaning
5. Dispensing of Raw materials and packing materials as per BMRS following FIFO & FEFO
6. Gowning procedure during entry & exit to warehouse and dispensing areas.
7. Monitoring for cleaning activity in warehouse.
8. Calibration of weighing balances.
9. Daily temperature / Relative humidity monitoring and recording in Warehouse.
10. Dispensing of Raw& packing materials.
11. Handling of returned Raw & Packaging materials from production.
12. Ensuring the status labeling.
13. Coordination with QC for sampling activity.
14. Following the safety procedures.
15. Online documentation as per the written standard operating procedures.
16. Attending of periodical training of SOPs.
