Preparation of SOP related to Administration, Data backup, User & Role Management, etc., as required for the role
Data backup, restore, archive as per Application schedule
Periodic verification of backup data
Installation & Qualification of Instruments, work with Vendor & IT team as required
Review audit trail for all Applications
Application trouble shooting and liaising with the Application Vendor as required
Setup system and user policies define SOPs as required, review and approve related SOPs
Monthly data backup path creation, i.e., Monthly folder creation, where needed
Manage Instruments Administrator password
Work with IT team to troubleshoot network path/ access issues that affects data retrieval/ archival or any other operations of the Application
Involve in the Tape Management Procedures and Tape backup procedures.
Involve in the CSV procedures.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate should be Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Science/ Engineering or its equivalent Qualification- B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech-IT with 3-10 year' of working experience in CSV(Computer System Validation) is preferred.
Experience in administering Empower software installation and configuration would be an added advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
