Experience in Handling operation and maintenance of elect in Pharma- Drug product (DP) Injectable formulation (Pre-filled Syringe, Cartridge filling and Vial filling) & Drug substance (DS) Fermentation (Microbial/ Mammalian) manufacturing.
Should have experience in Calibration activity planning, execution and documentation for gauges, sensors, transmitters, master calibrators, conductivity meter, particle counter, TOC etc.
Hands on experience on troubleshoot and maintenance PLC, HMI and SCADA programmed by Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi etc. , ladder logic and software backup.
Troubleshoot and maintenance of Water treatment, CSRO, HSRO, Purified water generation and Water for Injection generation and distribution system, Chiller, IBR boiler, Cooling towers, Air compressors, HVAC, EMS/BMS etc.
Knowledge on Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
Prepare/ Review/ Execution of SLIA, URS, DQ, QRM, CLIA, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ & Support for PQ.
Knowledge on computer system validation.
Knowledge on QMS elements like deviation, Change control and CAPA.
