API – Production
Qualification: B. Sc/Diploma(chemical) / B. Tech(Chemical)
Experience: 1 to 7 years
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out /supervise shift operations ( Unit operation like Operating Reactors, centrifuges ,clean room equipment’s etc, Hydrogenation, handling Nbl reaction etc)
  • Adherence to Safety, Health and Environment measures.
  • Calibration of weighing instruments in production.
  • Monitoring and control of specific production operations per standard operations procedures.
  • Adherence to and creating awareness about Standard Operating Procedures and product specifications.
  • Entering data in Quality Records & maintenance of the same.
  • Finished product quarantine/inspection/packaging/storage.
  • Product dispatch in co-ordination with Sales Section.
  • Adherence to cGMP.
  • Reporting of product/system non-conformities, and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions in specific areas of operation.
  • Preparation of SOP’s, ECC's, EOP's, Checklists and Log sheets (Authorized person by Department Head.)
  • Product handling and packaging.
  • Carry out periodic review of production systems & ensure general Plant maintenance.
  • Documentation as per USFDA & EU authority requirement.
Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Good knowledge on centrifuge, reactors, filters pumps, techniques & aseptic operations.
  • Should have experience in Current Good manufacturing practices. (cGMP)
  • Good documentation skills
  • Awareness of audit requirements.
  • Knowledge of documentation for USFDA & EU ,ability to troubleshoot problems.
Solvent Recovery:
Qualification: B. Sc/Diploma(chemical) / B. Tech(Chemcial)
Experience: 1 to 7 years
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out /supervise shift operations on unit operations like Distillation column, Extraction column, vapor permeation system etc through DCS/PLC systems in Chemical and Pharma industries.
  • Handling of solvent tank farm area for unloading and distribution.
  • Handling of fire handling systems like fire hydrants, extinguishers & sprinklers etc.
  • Solvent recovery Production planning based on Process block requirement.
  • Operating and monitoring of equipment effectiveness (OEE) and efficiencies of solvent recovery batches.
  • Maintaining of end-end solvent recovery documents with complete traceability.
  • Preparation of monthly report on solvent recovery yields.
  • Preparation of monthly report for solvent mass balance against the standard consumption coefficient.
  • Maintaining of plant by adhering to Good manufacturing & documentation practices as per USFDA & EU authority requirement and facing Internal, external Regulatory & Customer audits.
  • Exposure in SAP system handling.
  • Adherence to Safety, Health and Environment norms, conducting Risk assessment/HAZOP and FMEA.
  • Handling of Rejection/ Reprocess/deviation batches.
  • Data entry in Quality Records (BMR) & maintenance of the same.
  • Identifying & reporting of product/system non-conformities and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions in the operation.
  • Preparation of SOP’s, ECC's, EOP's, Checklists and Log sheets.
  • Carry out periodic review of production systems & ensuring the effectiveness.
  • Keenly monitoring, reviewing and controlling of production operations as per standard operating procedures of the plant and achieving the desired quality.
  • Solving problems on timely manner and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Participating in projects/expansion that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
  • Coordination directly with QA/QC to ensure effective productivity.
Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Expertise in handling different types of Distillation columns.
  • Should have experience in Current Good manufacturing practices. (cGMP)
  • Good documentation skills
  • Process safety knowledge in handling solvent recovery
  • Exposure in Hazop study.
  • Awareness of audit requirements.
  • Knowledge of documentation for USFDA & EU, ability to troubleshoot problems.
Warehouse JDs:
Job Description for Jr. Executives (1-3 years of experience)
  1. Should have knowledge of Receipts, Storage, Dispensing and Issues of materials in Pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Should have knowledge of Temperature, Differential Pressure monitoring, equipment calibration procedures and housekeeping practices.
  3. Additional requirements: Exposure to MM module of SAP and MS Office.
  4. Qualification: Degree/PG Degree (B. Pharm. /B. Sc. /B. Com. /MBA).
Job Description for Executives, Sr. Executives and Assistant Manager (4-10 years of experience)
  1. Should have sound exposure and handling of Pharmaceutical Warehouse.
  2. Should be able to independently perform the activities like Receipts, Sampling, Storage, Dispensing and Issues of materials, Temperature/Differential Pressure monitoring, equipment calibration procedures and housekeeping practices.
  3. Should have exposure to equipment qualification/re-qualifications.
  4. Should have knowledge of storage of materials w.r.t. compatibility, temperature, relative humidity etc.
  5. Should have exposure to MM module of SAP and advanced levels of MS Office to generate the reports, data analysis and presentation.
  6. Should be able to execute the QMS documents like SOP, change control, deviation, URS, protocols and reports for qualifications and safety documents like AIM/HIRA.
  7. Should be able to guide and train people on GMP, GDP and EHS norms.
  8. Should be able to handle the manpower in the shop floor.
  9. People management, CAPEX, job scheduling and training.
Note: All positions are for Bengaluru work location and would require working in shifts.
