- Experience in Organic Synthesis/Multi-step Synthesis.
- Handling reactions from gram to kilogram scale.
- Sound Knowledge of isolation, separation & purifications techniques.
- Experience in characterization and identification of Organic molecules using spectroscopy techniques like NMR, IR, LCMS, HPLC.
- Should have knowledge on cost sheet preparation.
- should have skills in scale-up & cost effective process development.
- Having knowledge in GMP is additional advantage.
- Positive and confident individual with strong work ethics.
