VADODARA: Two employees of
Sun Pharma company and unidentified persons of a company dealing in laboratory apparatus from Salatwada were booked for cheating the pharma giant of over Rs 1.6 crore.
According to cops, the two accused used to get the challan of the additional undelivered goods from the accused in the trading company directly on the basis of which they used to prepare a forged GRM to submit it to accounts department for payment. “The contract employees of store department were supposed to sign on the challan to keep a check on any irregularities therefore the accused used to get the challan of undelivered goods directly,” said a police official.
The irregularities came to light when the contract employees became suspicious and informed the HR department. An audit of goods for the months of August and September was done which revealed that 4,685 bottles of acetonitrate, 9,638 bottles of
methanol and 45 boxes of hand gloves were never received, but the payment was made on the basis of GRM. The undelivered products are worth over Rs 1.6 crore.
Accused Ashwin Palkhade, who works as senior store manager, and Dilip Gandhi, a store executive, used to forge purchase orders and
goods received memo
(GRM) in connivance with unidentified persons from Ghanshyam Trading Company.
During August and September last year, Palkhade and Gandhi had placed an order which was more than the indent placed with them. Police said that in connivance with some men of the trading company they used to get supplies to the company as per the original indent. On receiving the goods, the contract employees used to sign on the challan and forward it to the duo for preparing the GRM.

When Sun Pharma cheats it's employees by giving them "Zero Salary" when they are injured during duty hours, in medical leaves field employees receive deductions in their leaves and pays and remain "Leave without Pay", Also the behaviour of HR manager shows they're the liability, That time Nobody posts anything on Social Media.
