FOR PRODUCTION SHIFT IN-CHARGEJob Description
1. Responsible for the production activities
2. Producing APIs and, when appropriate, intermediates according to pre- approved instructions.
3. Reviewing all production batch records and ensuring that these are completed and signed.
4. Responsible for reporting of all production deviations and evaluation of the same. Responsible for investigation of critical deviations and recording the conclusions.
5. Responsible for keeping production facilities clean and appropriately disinfected.
6. Responsible for the performing necessary calibrations and maintaining records.
7. Responsible for qualification of new and, when appropriate, modied facilities and equipments.
8. Responsible for maintaining and updating the documents related to the Production activities.
9. Responsible for training of all the employees of production.
10. Responsible for self-inspection of the area w.r.t EHS and production systems.
11. Responsible for Planning of daily preventive maintenance.
12. Responsible for water consumption, effluent generation.
13. Responsible for controlling the hazardous waste generation.
