1. Production /Manufacturing - Solid Oral/Tablet Capsules
Qualification : B. Pharm /B.sc
Designation: Officer / Executive
Experience : 1 - 5 Yrs

Desired Profile
Candidate should have experience of CVC line, Granulation, Compression, Coating, Bulk packing, bottle packing , Capsulation , blister packing etc. Candidate must have exposure of Solid Oral Dosage Form only. Please do not apply if you are from API and other than pharma background

2. Analytical Research & Development (ARD/ADL OSD)
Qualification : M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry)/ B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Designation : Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive

Experience : 02 to 08 years
Desired Profile
Openings are for various groups in ARD like Exploratory, Method development ,Raw Material Analysis, Routine & in process sample analysis, Stability group, Release group, Validation and Regulatory documentation group Candidates working in QC Stability can also apply for ARD/ADL OSD.
3.Quality Control/ Data Analytical Reviewer (QC/QA-  OSD )

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.sc

Designation : Officer/Sr. Officer/Reviewer

Experience: 03 to 05 years

Desired profile To review the analysis records in-line with GLP/ cGMP compliance To review method transfer/validation/verification protocols and reports To review vendor qualification report To review stability summary report To review third party calibration reports and COA To review outside laboratory testing results/COA To review stability schedule To review Empower audit trials as per SOP. To review process validation, miscellaneous and investigation study protocol and reports To review SOPs, STPs, specification and GTPs To review change control, deviations, investigation, OOS / OOAL and incident report To approve COAs of Raw-Materials, Packaging Materials, in- process samples, finished products and stability samples in LIMS and manual system To co-ordinate with IT department for electronic data management & its compliance to 21 CFR part 11 and EU GMP anenex.   

4. Engineering - Watersystem (OSD)


Qualification: B. E (Mechanical)

Designation :  Assistant Manager/Manager

Experience : 8 - 12 years


Desired Profile

To execute the Preventive maintenance, Qualification activities and update the records of water system as per SOP. Also resolve breakdown and minimize the down time and meet plant requirents for water. Project execution work and follow up with different Consultants and agencies. To execute new project in guidence of department head. Excute preventive maintenance activity in co ordination with the concerned user department as per schedule. To guide/support technicians to attain breakdown maintenance and give training to staff and workers to perform their duty as per cGMP. To prepare and update standard operating procedure at regular intervals and prepare all documentsas per engineering SOPs to meet cGMP requirements. To carry out FAT activity of newly installed equipment/system as per guidence of department head. To enforce safety rules and regulations in plant. Co-ordinate with purchase department for timely delivery of engineering materials. To maintain all the service contract and diffrent correspondence documents. To maintain the chemical stock and critical spares inventory for water system. Activities other than defining job description are to be done , as per the requirement of HOD, by following HOD's instruction and guidence. To run the water system efficiently and maintain the water quality parameter within the range as per SOP
