For Cell culture and Sequencing: 6-8 years of relevant experience in biotech, pharma or academia ( Req ID : 3829 )
Skill set required: Mammalian cell culture, Generation of stable cell lines using mammalian cells, NGS Library preparation-WGS, Transcriptome, Exome, handling Tapestation, Covaris. Setting up Sanger sequencing reactions.
For Cell culture and Expression scale up : 3-5 years of relevant experience in biotech, pharma / academia (Req ID : 3787)
Skill set required : Expertise in mammalian cell culture handling of CHO, HEK293 and Insect cells in large
volumes, Generation of stable cell lines using CHO, HEK293 cells, scale up of cells in shake flasks & wave bioreactor.
For Protein Purification : 2-5 years of relevant experience in biotech, pharma or academia ( Req ID :3825 )
Skill set required: Proven strong technical expertise in protein purification including antibodies using various
chromatographic techniques, Experience in refolding of proteins from inclusion bodies and activity assays,
Expertise in analytical techniques like Spectrophotometry, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, SE-HPLC
For Assay Biologists- Oncology : 1-5 years of experience in the relevant industry.
Skill set required : Exp in Mammalian tissue culture, primary tumor cells, multicolor flow cytometry and data
analysis, cell proliferation, apoptosis, cell cycle assays, immune cells, isolation of human PBMCs, monocytes, T
cells and B cells, deriving myeloid cells and culturing them, cytotoxicity and phagocytosis assays, mixed
lymphocyte cultures, ADCC and CDC assays. ELISA, ELISPOT and Luminex based assays.
Cellular Immunologist : 2-5 yrs of experience
Skill set required: isolation of PBMCs from the human whole blood, culturing human primary T cells, NK cells,
Macrophages, Well verse with cell proliferation and cytotoxicity assays. Good working knowledge on cytokine
release assays (both intracellular and soluble formats).
