Position - Senior Executive/Executive Production

Experience - Minimum 2 years to 6 years

Education - MSc/BSc Chemistry or Diploma/Degree Chemical Engineering.

Responsible for carrying out production operations as per the instructions in the BPCR and as per production plans. Perform Production operations like batch charging, layer separation, filtration, heating-cooling operations, drying, distillation, centrifuge, powder processing, water plant operations. Responsible for maintaining on line documentation. Maintaining good housekeeping in the production area. Minimizing of wastages during production activities. Sampling of in process, intermediates, finished products. Ensuring safety while carrying out the production activities. Good knowledge of cGMP, GDP and QMS. Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

Position - Team Leader Production

Experience - Minimum 7 years
Education - MSc/BSc Chemistry or Diploma/Degree Chemical Engineering.

Lead the Shift activities complying HSE, cGMP with the objective of delivering budgeted production at as per production plan. Preparation of shift reports, review of production documents.
Co-ordination with warehouse, Quality Assurance, Engineering for smooth operation in shifts. To lead and motivate shop floor associates. Responsible for receiving technology from R&D. Responsible for operation of solvent recovery plant. All time audit readiness for the plant. Experience in handling Trackwise, LIMS, SAP etc. Good knowledge of cGMP, GDP and QMS. Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
