Position: Executive / Sr. Executive- Fill Finish/Injectables Production

Qualification: B.Sc. / B. Pharm / M.Sc.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Injectables Production – small volume parenteral (vial & PFS - Dispensing, sterile and non-sterile area) and should have regulatory audits exposure.

Should have hands-on experience in Injectables operations like Compounding, formulation, Autoclave, Filling, Sealing and Lyophylizer.

Position: Assistant /Deputy Manager: Engineering and Maintenance

Education Qualification: B. E/B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in maintenance of Process & utility equipment.

Job Description: Should have experience in trouble shooting related to Freeze drier, High pressure column, Centrifuge, Separator, Freezer, HVAC, Chiller, Cooling tower, WFI, PSG & Nitrogen plant. Should have handled Audits and Online updation of all documents as per FDA compliance & QMS activities.

* Pharmaceutical Industry experience mandatory.

Position: Executive / Sr. Executive: Instrumentation

Qualification: B. E/B.Tech (Electrical/Instrumentation) with 2-5 years of experience in Process control Instrumentation, Automation & calibration skills in PLC/DCS controlled plants.

Job Description:

Should have experience in handling pressure, temperature Level, flow, weighing transmitters, online pH/DO2/conductivity/TOC/UV analyzers, control valves, VFDs & data loggers.

Experience in trouble shooting of Allen Bradely, Siemens and Omron PLCs.

Position: Executive / Sr. Executive - Biosimilar- Production (Monoclonal Antibodies)

Qualification and Experience: Candidate should be BE/BTech/ Mtech/ M.Sc in Microbiology/ Biochemistry / Petrochemical/Biotechnology / Chemical Engineering with 2- 5 years of relevant experience in cell culture processes (Upstream & Downstream).

Position: Executive / Sr. Executive: Biosimilar- Production (Microbial Manufacturing)

Qualification and Experience: Candidate should be BE/B.Tech /M.Tech / M.Sc in Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology / Chemical Engineering with 2- 5 years of relevant experience in microbial manufacturing (upstream and Downstream).

Position: Scientist/ Senior Scientist/ Principal Scientist: Downstream

Qualification: M.Tech-Chemical Engineering, M.Sc (Biotechnology), M.Tech (Biotechnology)

Experience: 1 - 5 Years

Job Description:

1. Have knowledge in: Protein biochemistry, Downstream process development, Process scale up technology transfer and process validation, Process characterization for late stage biological.
2. Thorough understanding on technical aspects of process development, scale up and technology transfer to pilot plant and manufacturing facility
3. Planning of experiments, execution, summarizing/Presenting the experimental outcomes and deriving technical conclusions.
4. Updating regular lab note book documentation, technical reports and communicating the key findings.
5. Execution of experiments using DoE approach, for process development and characterization, of purification operations (Chromatography and Filtration).
6. Scale down studies and scale-up support for manufacturing operation
7. Handling of purification systems (Akta Explorer, Avant), ultrafiltration membranes and filtration assemblies.

Scientist/ Senior Scientist: Formulation- Drug Product

Qualification: M.Sc, M.Tech (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, M.Pharm)

Experience: 1-4 years

Job Description:

1. The scientist will be required to extensively run HPLC, UV, DSC, microscope instruments (and other equipment) for conducting various types of stability studies including process characterization studies.
2. Data analysis and understanding trends in data generated is an integral part of the role. For this purpose, interfacing with other departments such as Manufacturing and QC is necessary
3. Excellent documentation skills are a must, as are protocol and report writing skills. Experience with drug product development for injectables is a plus.

Position: Scientist/ Senior Scientist/ Principal Scientist - Analytical and characterization

Qualification: M.Sc (Biotechnology), Ph.D (Biotechnology)

Experience: 1-5 Years

Job Description:

1. Should have a strong background in physical and chemical characterization techniques.
2. Significantly contribute (experimental and intellectual) towards the project deliverables using extensive characterization methodologies.
3. Understand, prepare and follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s), Equipment operating procedures (EOP’s), Instrument operating procedures (IOP’s) and Standard analytical methods (SAM’s).
4. Plan and execute day to day experiment.
5. Should have a positive temperament, rational /logical thinking and enthusiasm to deliver on time, hardworking and committed.
6. Analytical support for the identification and characterization of small molecules and biologics.

Note: All positions are based in Bangalore & would require working in shifts.
