Responsible for assigned block operations.
Ensuring the execution of production activities as per production schedule with minimum or no deviations. Ensure the team meets productivity & quality targets
Ensure online documentation as per cGMP and ensure team, to maintain records & documentation as per cGMP
Preparation of shift schedules and production schedules as per PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) plan
Responsible to implement HAZOP recommendations
Co-ordinate with warehouse for indenting & procuring raw materials to meet block production plan.
Ensure adherence to and train team members on cGMP, safety & quality norms/ guidelines/ requirements.
Responsible for ensuring good housekeeping inside and outside the block
Reviewing the executed BMRs & ECRs and hand over to QA after completion
Ensure safety at work through enforcement of good manufacturing practices
Ensure skill development of self and team. Ensure team should comply all the cGMP norms
