Experience: 4-8 years

Qualification: MSC Organic/Peptide Chemistry/PHD Synthesis


Skills:


i) Should have a strong background in organic synthesis.
ii) Should have hands-on experience of solid phase peptide synthesis using peptide synthesizer / manual synthesis.
iii) Should be well conversant with peptide synthesis in solution phase using various coupling reagents.
iv) Should have knowledge regarding purification/isolation of peptides.
v) Should know about the techniques used for modification of peptides, like cyclization (to make cyclic peptides), S-S bridging, ligations etc.
